This mini painting and the one I'm about to upload were done simultaneously.
This pic is based off of last week's American Dad. Steve won a fish at the carnival, and the fish became Klaus's wife.
They had a fish wedding, moved into an aquarium, and had babies. However, momma fish ate the babies. 
That was so damned adorable that I couldn't resist drawing a pic of that.
The entire drawing was done off of memory. I could've shaped Klaus better; he's a bit too chubby here.
Done with watercolor and gouache, with a paint bottle cap used as a stamp to make the bubbles. Title swiped from a line in "Under the Sea."
